5. Seafarer Data and Maritime Recruitment
As a maritime recruitment and crew management company, some documents provided by seafarers may contain important personal information.
For example, a seafarer's passport, CDC, COC, STCW certificates, medical fitness documents, visa documents, sea-service records and travel details may be required to assess eligibility and arrange vessel joining.
Where necessary for recruitment, crew management or vessel joining, relevant information may be shared with the concerned shipowner, vessel manager, employer, authorised principal, flag-state authority, port authority, visa/travel service provider, medical provider, training provider or other authorised service provider.
We aim to share only the information reasonably required for the relevant purpose.
